Greenhouse Sports F.C.

Greenhouse Sports F.C.〔http://www.clubwebsite.co.uk/greenhouselondonfc/Home〕 is an English football club who play in Wood Green in the London Borough of Haringey. The current club has been formed by a number of mergers and name changes in recent years.

First Team Club
The First Team plays in the Essex Senior League and play at Haringey Borough's Coles Park ground.〔(Haringey & Waltham Development ) Non League UK〕 They are a part of Greenhouse Sports - a sports development charity which provides sports coaching and mentoring across London.
In 2000, Mauritius Sports were founded, with the aim of providing a good standard of footballing opportunity for the Mauritian community in London, as well as providing a feeder for British-born Mauritians to play for their country at international level.〔(Haringey & Waltham Development 4 Bowers & Pitsea 1 19aug11 FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round ) Destination Havant 'Ville Departing Waterloo〕 The new club joined Division One of the London Intermediate League for the 2001–02 season.
In 2003 the club moved to the Premier Division of the Middlesex County League. In 2007 the club merged with Walthamstow Avenue & Pennant to try and achieve senior status,〔 and were accepted into the Essex Senior League for the 2007–08 season as Mauritius Sports & Pennant. Two years later they changed their name again to Mauritius Sports Association UK. For the 2011–12 season they had to move from their home of Wadham Lodge to ground share with Haringey Borough, and also changed their name again to Haringey & Waltham Development.
In 2013 the club once again changed its name to Greenhouse London following its association with Greenhouse London.〔(Greenhouse Sports homepage )〕
Greenhouse London was founded in 2002 and formerly called Greenhouse Bethwin FC, the youth section of the club has in excess of 400 members aged between 8-24 making it one of the largest competitive community clubs in the UK. More than half of the coaches are former players and club members and provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance which extends well beyond the football pitch.
In 2012 Greenhouse London FC joined forces with Haringey & Waltham FC, which gave it senior status and non league competition.
The club aims to facilitate the development of its fundamental principles of attitude behavior and commitment.
The club was provided with a single identity in 2013 of Greenhouse London to reflect the geography of its players and participants. Community Charter Standard club status was also awarded to the club by the Football Association in 2013. In the summer of 2015, the club once again changed its name to Greenhouse Sports.
